1 – Saltwater: rinse your mouth after each washing teeth with a small teaspoon of sea salt, diluted in a glass of water. You can keep the liquid 1 minute before spitting it and rinse your mouth with fresh water.
This simple and can costly remedy is highly effective. It disinfects, heals and relieves the pain very quickly (I tested and I was thrilled).
2 – Baking soda (sodium) in a glass of water mix 1 teaspoon of baking soda and keep in mouth 1 minute if possible before spitting. Guaranteed effect!
3 – Cider vinegar 1 tablespoon cider vinegar in half a glass of water, kept in the mouth for 1 minute before spitting.
4 – Clay (red, white or green) to 1 or 2 tablespoons of clay into a glass and add water . Mix with a wooden spoon or plastic (not metal). After brushing, rinse your mouth with water.
5 – Clay + salt + essential oils: preparation water + clay above + 2 drops of clove essential oil (or Tea-tree Melaleuca alternifolia, laurel, eucalyptus citriodora, clove, Roman chamomile) + 1 pinch of sea salt.
6 – Aloe Vera anesthesia and heals quickly use as mouthwash to keep a moment in mouth.
Gel, Aloe Vera is applied to the painful gum until complete healing.
