pH of the indoor environment

The human body makes every effort to maintain a slightly alkaline environment at pH 7.35. However, poor diet and stress change this environment towards acidity, in which diseases thrive.
Here, however, it should be noted that it is important to distinguish between blood pH and the pH of tissues or intercellular spaces. While the blood monitors pH and acid-base balance in a very narrow range, it can move more freely in other body tissues.
Unfortunately, due to the widespread habit of eating unhealthily, maintaining an alkaline indoor environment is not easy.
People used to consume pre-prepared packaged meals from the microwave, delicacies or other processed foods. All of them are extremely unhealthy for the body in the case of cancer.
Therefore, it is important that cancer patients consume an alkaline or alkaline diet. This reverses the progression of the disease and speeds up the healing processes in the body.

Sugar and cancer
Cancer cells have been shown to consume more sugar (4x) than healthy ones. This is because they get their energy not by burning sugars, but by fermentation, which is less efficient than burning, so they need more sugar linked to cancer.
For this reason, the cancer patient should avoid foods high in not only sugars but also other carbohydrates that are quickly converted to sugars.
In addition, sugar consumes the body’s supply of magnesium, which also contributes to cancer.
It is also good to avoid natural sugar sources such as agave or honey. The only exception is a small amount of honey, which is part of some natural anticancer treatments.
You can consume a few figs or dried apricots, unsweetened apple sauce and fresh pineapple (it has a high content of the anti-cancer enzyme bromelain).
