Back pain can be a result of strain muscle in the back or the irritation of the bones, disks, ligaments and spinal nerves. Most people have experienced back pain at least once in their life. Posture

The most common stretches for back pain problems are child pose, cat stretch, lower-back twist, the pelvic tilt and knee-to-chest stretch.

Heating pads is an easy and inexpensive method to relieve back pain. It helps to widen the blood vessels in the muscles around the lumbar spine. Heating pads improve the circulation of oxygen, reduce the transmissions of pain signals and ease the pain to some extent. Additionally, it also increases the flexibility of the body and decreases the injury. Compare to other medical products, heating pads is the best choice because it is a non-pharmaceutical and non-invasive form of back pain relief.

Tens unit

Tens unit, also known as Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation is a small battery-operated machine that is made to provide pain relief for the body. It uses low voltage electric current to ease the pain in the back. This produces electrical impulses that create an itching sensation as it goes along the nerve fiber. Therefore, the body can produce more endorphins, a natural painkiller which helps decrease the back pain. The electrodes from this machine can create some burn if we leave it on the skin for too long. Never use Tens unit while you sleeping.

Infrared Sauna

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna that doesn’t use heat the warm the air but uses light to create heat. It makes your body heat up without warming the air around. As the heat from infrared saunas raises your body’s temperature, it also increases the circulation of your blood and hence improves muscle recovery. In addition, it also helps to detox your skin, results in clearer and healthier looking skin.
